Who is responsible

What we collect and why

We receive your contact and delivery details, order and payment status, communications, and the photo, text and layout you submit for personalization. Shopify and payment providers process payment credentials; please never send full card details by email. Our site and service providers also process technical information such as IP address, browser, cookies and interactions for operation, security and, subject to your choices where required, analytics and personalization.

We use order and contact data to fulfill our contract with you, handle delivery, refunds and support. We retain required transaction records to meet legal obligations. We rely on legitimate interests for proportionate security, fraud prevention and resolving disputes, subject to your rights. Optional marketing communications and non-essential tracking rely on consent where required; you can decline or withdraw it without affecting your order.

Your photos and Printify

Uploading in the personalizer sends your image and text to Printify's Personalization Hub so a saved design can be associated with your order and produced. Printify, Inc. and the relevant printing and delivery partners receive the information needed for fulfillment. We use Printify's Data Processing Terms for processing on our behalf. Printify also describes its own processing in its privacy policy.

Use your own images or obtain permission from each identifiable adult for the upload and printing, and share this notice with them. Our current service does not accept photos or personal details of minors. Do not upload identity documents or sensitive personal material. Contact us promptly if such content is submitted so we can stop processing where possible and arrange its removal.

The Hub has a separate content license. Its terms describe a worldwide, perpetual, transferable and sublicensable license, including improvement and promotion of the service. This is broader than printing your order. Read the terms shown in the Hub before uploading; a content license does not remove rights you have under data protection law. Everlilt does not use your order photo in its own advertising without separate permission.

The Hub terms describe storage on that site for 30 days. This is not a promise that every copy held by Printify, a printer, a backup system or an order record is deleted after 30 days, or that the license expires then. Contact us to request deletion; we will address our own records and coordinate requests with the relevant providers, explaining any lawful retention needed for unresolved orders, disputes or legal obligations.

Shopify, cookies and other recipients

Shopify hosts our store, checkout and order records. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled: information about your interactions can be combined with interactions with other merchants and Shopify to improve products, advertising and personalization. For these purposes Shopify may act as a controller. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify privacy portal.

Necessary cookies support the cart, checkout, security and your privacy choices. Use the store's cookie banner to accept, reject or manage optional tracking. You can also manage cookies in your browser; blocking necessary cookies can prevent checkout from working. To request an opt-out from targeted advertising or data sharing, contact us or use the privacy choices made available on the site. We do not exchange your order photos for payment.

Information needed for delivery is shared with carriers; payment information is handled by payment processors. Our business email is delivered through email and domain service providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to establish or defend legal claims. We do not make customer photo galleries public by default.

International processing and retention

We are based in Spain and use providers operating internationally, including in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EEA without an applicable adequacy decision, the relevant provider agreements use recognized safeguards such as European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses. Contact us for information about the safeguards applying to your data.

We keep transaction and support records for the period needed to fulfill the order, resolve disputes and meet applicable accounting and legal retention obligations. The period depends on the record and any outstanding claim. Design files are subject to the specific provider practices described above; we do not promise automatic deletion across all systems. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for the stated purposes. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, as applicable, by emailing redes@everlilt.com. You may withdraw consent for optional processing at any time; this does not affect prior lawful processing. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. An authorized representative may contact us with evidence of their authority. We will respond within the applicable legal deadline and will not penalize you for exercising your rights.

If we decline a request, you may ask us to reconsider and explain why. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your competent supervisory authority. Shopify's privacy portal handles requests concerning processing for which Shopify is responsible. Marketing unsubscribe choices do not stop necessary order messages.

We will update this notice when our practices change and provide any additional notice required. The date above identifies this version.
