Destinations and charges

We deliver to eligible addresses in the United States. Enter your full address at checkout to confirm availability, shipping charges and any applicable taxes before payment. Shipping is charged separately unless your checkout expressly shows otherwise. We do not currently offer international delivery outside the United States.

Made for you, then shipped

Our personalized paper prints are made to order through Printify and its production partners. The current US print range uses US fulfillment. The business contact address in Spain is not the shipping origin.

Allow an estimated 2–7 business days for production after we receive your paid order and complete, approved design. Standard shipping is estimated at 4–10 business days after dispatch. Allow approximately 6–17 business days in total; weekends and public holidays are excluded. Your checkout may show a more specific estimate. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates, and we do not guarantee delivery for a birthday, wedding or holiday.

If we cannot dispatch within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with the revised estimate and the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel it and refund the payment.

Tracking and delivery problems

Tracking information is sent to the email supplied with your order when available after dispatch. Multiple items may arrive separately. Check your address before paying; contact redes@everlilt.com immediately if it needs correcting. A change may not be possible once production or dispatch has started.

Contact us with your order number for a delayed, missing or damaged parcel. We will investigate with the production partner or carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. Do not return a parcel to its sender address without our instructions.
