Refund policy

Personalized products

Each print is made to the photo, text, crop and size you approve. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges for personalized goods, including a size, spelling or photo choice approved by you. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.

Changes and cancellations

Contact redes@everlilt.com with your order number as soon as you need a correction or cancellation. We will check the production status. We can cancel and refund an order if production has not started; we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after that point.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Email us with your order number, a description and clear photos of the problem and, if relevant, packaging. Please report visible damage or manufacturing problems within 30 days of delivery so we can promptly investigate with the printer. This requested reporting period does not remove any longer statutory rights.

For a confirmed manufacturing defect, transit damage or a print that differs from the approved design, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or an appropriate refund. We cover any return shipping we require for a confirmed defective or incorrectly supplied item. Do not send an item back before receiving instructions. Screen-to-print color differences do not automatically establish a defect, but we will assess any substantial discrepancy.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method without undue delay and within any applicable legal deadline. We will confirm when the refund has been submitted; your payment provider determines when it appears in your account. If we cancel an unfulfilled order, we refund the amount paid for that order, including shipping.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer remedies, warranties or cancellation rights that apply to your purchase. The supplier's internal claim rules do not replace your rights against Everlilt.
