Products, prices and orders

We sell made-to-order personalized prints. Read the size, finish and contents of your selected item. Frames and room props in mockups are not included unless expressly listed. We place your photo in the chosen design; we do not automatically turn it into an illustration. Mockups are digital previews, not photos of your exact finished item.

The product price, currency, shipping and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. Check the complete order before submitting it. Your order email acknowledges receipt; we may need to contact you if a file, address, payment or item cannot be processed. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment received. We will not substitute another design or charge an increased price without your agreement.

Your design and permissions

Use a clear original photo, replace all sample text and images, and review the crop, spelling and date before saving your design. Personalize each different design separately; increasing quantity means copies of the same design. You must be an adult with authority to place the order and have the rights and permission of identifiable people in the image to upload it and have it printed.

Our current personalizer accepts photos of adults or landscapes only. Do not upload photos or personal details of anyone under 18 or the applicable age of majority, identity documents, payment information, or sensitive material concerning health, sexuality, religion or similar private matters. Do not submit unlawful or infringing content.

You retain ownership of your content. You authorize Everlilt and the services used to prepare, print and deliver your order to process it for those purposes. The Printify Personalization Hub also presents its own terms and content license, including rights relating to improvement and promotion of its service. Review those terms and our privacy policy before uploading. Everlilt does not use your order photo for its own marketing without separate permission.

Delivery, cancellation and problems

Our shipping policy and refund policy describe delivery estimates, corrections, cancellations and remedies. Please contact us promptly about a problem. We remain your point of contact for the order, even when a production partner makes or ships it.

Your statutory rights

These terms do not exclude mandatory rights or remedies under the law applicable to your purchase. We do not impose mandatory arbitration or require you to waive a right to bring a claim in a court available under applicable consumer law. Updates apply to future orders; the terms applicable when you place an order govern that order.
